Forsure Insurance Brokers are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers and generating new business opportunities through leads sources.

Job description duties:

 

  • Proactively reach out to existing and potentially new customers to assess their needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Manage and update customer data in the Softsure system.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the external sales team to provide support and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify areas for improvement.

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
