Job Description

Sun International - Central Office Contact Centre is offering a learnership in their Contact Centre where the selected individuals will be given the opportunity to grow and expand their knowledge. Learnership to commence on the 1st of March 2026.

 

Job Requirements

Education:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• South African citizenship.
• An updated CV.
• No prior participation in a learnership within the same qualification.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Relevant post-Matric qualifications, if applicable.

 

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
• Professional attitude and reliability.
