Reporting Specialist

 

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Specialist to develop, manage, and deliver accurate and insightful reports that support data-driven decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and generate complex Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and anomalies
• Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, PivotTables, and VBA where applicable
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver timely reports
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar reporting or data analysis role.
• Advanced ability to generate complex Excel reports (e.g., formulas, macros, Power Query)
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate/advanced), other platforms or reporting tools a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly
