Job Description

• Assist in documenting, analysing and improving business processes;
• Contribute to projects and process initiatives by actively participating and executing assigned tasks to support successful project delivery;
• Perform as-is analysis and to-be design on business optimisation initiatives;
• Document SOPs and training material to support project rollouts;
• Participate in problem solving on assigned initiatives;
• Learn how to map processes (simple and complex) with a BPMN 2.0 notation;
• Update project documents on record management portals;
• Maintain assigned projects on the central project management tool by regularly updating project tasks, statuses and blockers;
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements on small initiatives;
• Keep stakeholders up to date with progress on items assigned to you;
• Gain exposure to relevant software and tools available to gain competence.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
• B.Eng. Industrial Engineering (Essential);
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Communication skills;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail.
