As a Senior Clinical Success Specialist, you'll be the vital link ensuring seamless scheduling and execution of in-home clinical visits. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills who thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where every detail matters.

Job Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate home visit scheduling within strict study timelines
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare Heroes, and internal teams
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workflow efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and protocol adherence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and operational support

What You Bring

 Essential                                                                 

  •  Bachelor's degree                                               
  •  1–2 years' experience in customer service, patient support, or call center
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills                                                     
  • Tech-savvy with keen attention to detail                                 
  • Clear criminal and credit record       

Preferred

  • Healthcare or clinical research background
  • GCP certification         

    Flexibility required: Ability to work rotating shifts and off-hours as needed

Work Schedule

  • 45 hours per week with rotating shifts (15:00 – 04:00, adjusted for Daylight Savings)
  • 7-day coverage (Monday–Sunday rotation) ensuring global support continuity
  • Dynamic holiday scheduling
