Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern, you'll play a key supporting role across various HR functions, from onboarding to employee engagement and HR administration. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle within a growing business. 

What you will love doing in this role 

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes 
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, and employee documentation 
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases 
  • Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis 
  • Supporting employee wellness and engagement initiatives 
  • Contributing to internal communication efforts 
  • Providing general HR administrative support across the department 
  • Assisting organizing engagement surveys and tracking employee feedback

Job Requirements

What you’ll need to do this role 

  • A completed degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
