Job Description
As a Human Resources Intern, you'll play a key supporting role across various HR functions, from onboarding to employee engagement and HR administration. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle within a growing business.
What you will love doing in this role
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinating interviews, assessments, and employee documentation
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis
- Supporting employee wellness and engagement initiatives
- Contributing to internal communication efforts
- Providing general HR administrative support across the department
- Assisting organizing engagement surveys and tracking employee feedback

Job Requirements
What you’ll need to do this role
- A completed degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
