The following position has become available at Jupidex: Parts Telesales Specialist Trainee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administration

• Learn and perform all administration functions in the parts department.
• Ensure that all filing is done correctly and timeously.
• Assist in ensuring that daily orders received are invoiced and ready for collection.
• Assist in ensuring quality standard and dealership requirements are met.

Marketing

• Learn and assist with promotion of fast-moving seasonal spare parts.
• Learn and assist with marketing the department on various platforms.

Customer Service

• Assist in contacting dealers for parts requirements.
• Assist in providing quotations and follow up timeously.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and responding to queries promptly.
• Assist in communicating backorders status promptly to dealers.

Housekeeping

• Learn to receive and pack stock correctly.
• Conduct regular cycle stock counts in warehouse.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces.
• Learn to ensure availability of packing materials and supplies.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• Grade 12.
• Basic knowledge of machinery and parts.

Legal Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
