Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-on clients with course details, bookings, payments and confirmation of bookings as well as confirmation of attendance.
  • Assist all internal and external clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist the Branch Coordinator and Business Support Coordinator in liaising and coordinating administrative activities in the Branch.
  • Ensure that the Attendance Register book is completed by all staff, visitors and contractors entering and leaving the college daily.
  • Ensure that a copy of the Daily Register is loaded on Odyssey on the last day of the course and that the completed Project Review Checklist is received in order for compliance to be completed on Odyssey.
  • Ensure that competent student certificates are released within 20 working days.
  • Ensure adequate venue preparation.
  • The successful learner will also be expected to complete a Learnership programme in the 12 months, which will be provided.
Job Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management (Advantageous).
  • Experience in previous admin roles (Advantageous).
  • Understanding of OHS/HSE principles, NOSA systems (Advantageous).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes like Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills (reading and writing).
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail.
