A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in trauma care provides direct and indirect patient care in emergency and trauma settings. They are responsible for assessing, planning, executing, and supervising care to meet the specific needs of trauma patients. This includes managing patients with injuries from accidents, violence, or other traumatic events

  • Detail orientated especially with regards to stock control
  • Liaison between patients, doctors and personnel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Shift work compulsory
  • Work overtime when required
Job Requirements
  • Matric
  • Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ post qualification experience
  • Previous experience in the Surgical Unit compulsory
