Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Research Support – Conduct basic online research on clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Lead Generation – Make calls, schedule cold-call meetings, and support client follow-ups.
- Data Management – Capture and update client and sales data accurately in Excel or CRM tools.
- Admin Support – Assist with reports, presentations, correspondence, and general admin tasks.
- Campaign Assistance – Help plan and track sales campaigns and team activities.
Job Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Recently graduated with a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management.
- Experience in previous admin roles (Advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes like Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills (reading and writing).
- Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Preference will be given to employment equity candidates.
