Responsible for managing the implementation of strategic and operational improvement projects across the organisation as well as serving as the organisations customer experience custodian. The Head, S&CX will monitor the organisation’s compliance to, or variance from, it’s organisational strategy and facilitate the development of mitigations to address the same; coordinate organisation-wide transf
